Christmas Light Installation in Brookhaven

The original streets have larger lots, older houses, and a heavy tree canopy. The design problem matches north Buckhead: long roofs, big trees, and no benefit to lighting every shrub in a deep yard.

Say if your address is one of those larger lots. A photo from the curb and one from the porch keep the quote from assuming a cottage.

Ashford Park, Drew Valley, Brookhaven Fields, and Lynwood Park are closer lots: cottages, ranches, and renovated bungalows. A complete display can be the roofline, the porch, and one tree. Houses sit near each other, so a clean line looks more deliberate than a crowded yard.

Osborne, Pine Hills, and Brookhaven Heights continue that pattern, with original ranches next to newer houses that replaced them. New roofs are simpler to measure. Older low-pitch roofs need a closer look at where the eaves actually end.

Dresden Drive is the restaurant street people use as a landmark, and Town Center is the civic core. Homes just off Dresden, and townhomes in Lenox Park, are the residential requests: an entry, a short roof, sometimes a patio tree.

Murphey Candler Park marks the north end of the city, toward Dunwoody. The Village, Georgetown, and Dunwoody Club streets are on the Dunwoody page. If you are on the line, use the city on your mail.
