Christmas Light Installation in Atlanta
If you live inside the City of Atlanta — Virginia-Highland, Morningside, Inman Park, Grant Park, Old Fourth Ward, or the streets around them — this is the page for your house. Buckhead is part of Atlanta too, and it has its own page because the lots and rooflines there are a different kind of job.
Intown displays are seen from the sidewalk. A straight line on the eaves, a lit porch, and one tree usually do more than covering every shrub in a small front yard.
Call or text 404-514-8908 or request a free Atlanta quote. This is a full-service seasonal installation: we provide the lights, design and install the display, fix bulbs during the season at no extra charge, then take it down and store it. You don't need to buy any. Pricing is per linear foot.
Virginia-Highland, Poncey-Highland, and Morningside
Virginia-Highland and Poncey-Highland are mostly early bungalows and Craftsman houses on close lots. Porches face the street, and mature trees often touch the roof. We look at the front eaves, the porch beam, and whether a tree wrap will even show past the canopy.
Morningside (30306 and 30324) and Ansley Park, just west of it, move up in scale: brick Tudors and colonials, more gables, deeper front yards. Dormers and crossing ridges are why two houses on the same block do not quote the same. The footage is in those extra peaks.
Inman Park, Grant Park, Cabbagetown, and Kirkwood
Inman Park and the edges of 30307 mix Victorians with renovated cottages. Columns, a front-door wreath, and garland on the porch rail are often the part neighbors actually notice.
Grant Park, Cabbagetown, and East Atlanta (30312 and 30316) are the same idea on tighter lots: short rooflines, porches, and a yard you can take in from the curb. Kirkwood (30317) has more renovated bungalows set slightly farther back, with room for a single wrapped tree without lighting the whole lot.
Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, and townhomes
Midtown (30308) and Old Fourth Ward mix houses, townhomes, and buildings where you may only control an entry, a courtyard tree, or a patio. We quote the part of the property you can actually have lit, and we will not draw a roofline across a building that does not allow it.
The BeltLine and Piedmont Park are useful landmarks when you describe the house. We do not light the parks or the path.
How an intown quote is built
Older Atlanta roofs are often steeper and broken up by chimneys. We walk the property or work from photos, then price the display per linear foot of roofline, gables, and trim, plus the trees, wreaths, or garland the design actually uses.
The City of Decatur, just east of Kirkwood and East Lake, has its own page. If you are nearby and not sure which page fits the address, send it and we will tell you.
